The Blue Yonder

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of travel services by The Blue Yonder, an inbound travel company based in India. By booking travel services with the Company, the client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Deposit and Advance Payments

1.1 Initial Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is due immediately upon booking confirmation.

1.2 Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is to be paid in accordance with the following schedule:
- [50]% of the total cost 60 days before departure.
- Remaining balance 30 days before departure.

1.3 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or through our secure online payment gateway. Payments could be made in INR and major international currencies depending upon the origin of the payment.

1.4 Taxes and Additional Charges: Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges, such as service fees, resort fees, or late payment fees, may apply.

2. Reservation Terms

2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once the initial deposit is received. A written confirmation detailing the booking will be provided.

2.2 Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before departure.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 30-59 days before departure.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before departure.

2.3 Amendment Policy: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Amendments must be requested in writing.

2.4 No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to appear for scheduled services without prior notice will be considered no-shows. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

3. Company’s Liability Limits

3.1 Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, storm), war, invasion, terrorist activities, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, strikes, or interruptions of utilities.

3.2 Third-Party Services: The Company is not responsible for the policies and actions of third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport companies). The Company's liability is limited to services directly provided by the Company.

3.3 Limitation of Liability: The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the trip. The Company is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or additional costs incurred due to unforeseen events.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1 Insurance Requirement: The Company strongly recommends that all clients purchase
comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical expenses, and personal loss. Clients should first seek compensation through their travel insurance for any disruptions caused by unforeseen events.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policies

5.1 Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy outlined in section 2.2. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, partial refunds or credit vouchers may be issued at the Company’s discretion.

5.2 Credit Vouchers: In case of force majeure, the Company may issue credit vouchers for the unused portion of the trip, valid for future travel within 12 months from the date of issue.

5.3 No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for clients who fail to appear for scheduled services without prior notice. No-show fees may apply as follows:

-Transportation No-Shows: 100% of the transportation service cost.
- Accommodation No-Shows: 100% of the accommodation cost for the first night, with subsequent nights subject to hotel policy.

- Activity No-Shows: 100% of the cost for missed activities, guided tours, or pre-booked events.

5.4 Force Majeure and No-Shows: In cases where no-shows are due to documented force majeure
events, the Company may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling options or credit vouchers.

6. Rescheduling and Credit

6.1 Rescheduling: The Company will endeavor to offer alternative travel dates or services in the event of a force majeure occurrence. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested within a specified timeframe.

6.2 Credit Vouchers: If rescheduling is not feasible, credit vouchers may be issued for the unused portion of the trip, valid for future travel within 12 months from the date of issue.

7. Client Obligations

7.1 Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information and ensuring compliance with the laws of the destination.

7.2 Compliance with Terms: By booking with the Company, Clients agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Cochin, Kerala, India.

9. Communication and Updates

9.1 Contact Information: For any queries or assistance, clients can contact the Company at

9.2 Policy Updates: The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that affect their bookings.

By booking travel services with The Blue Yonder, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
