All great civilizations have thrived on the banks of great rivers. Unarguably one of the greatest rivers of our nation, Bharathapuzha` (River Nila) is the lifeline of Kerala’s cultural heritage. It is the longest river flowing through Kerala running a distance of over two hundred and fifty kilometers.
Through arts-based learning, children will imbibe traditions & history, meet indigenous crafters, indulge in local experiences and record individual learning through art explorations & activities.
This Art & Travel Trail is for children with their parents. This unique workshop is a coming together of Travelling , exploring history and creating art! As we trail the river we explore, experience the various crafts, traditions and communities that flourish upon the river bank.
